WHO is Suitable for SAXENDA(Liraglutide)?

SAXENDA(Liraglutide) can be used as an adjunct to a healthy nutrition and increased physical activity for weight management in adolescent patients from the age of Adolescents (≥12 years)
• an inadequate response to reduced calorie diet and increased physical activity alone
• obesity (BMI corresponding to ≥30 kg/m2 for adults by international cut-off points)
• body weight above 60 kg

HOW to use SAXENDA(Liraglutide) injection pens?
Injection pens are self-administered and usually can be injected under your skin on your abdomen (most common), thighs or upper arms.
